Antenatal Classes

Learn all you need to know about birth and the postpartum period. 2 courses in 1 : includes hypnobirthing content and content put together from my midwifery knowledge (including feeding your baby). Both group and private classes available.

Birth Debriefs

Do you feel you have unanswered questions about your labour and birth experience? Perhaps you are looking for support to “fill in the blanks” or ask questions on how your experience could affect a future pregnancy? I am here to offer you this support - through compassion and a listening ear, we can take some time to talk through your story and how you are feeling.

Pregnancy Yoga

Starting January 2025. A lovely class filled with gentle movement - suitable for 12+ weeks pregnancy. Don’t worry if you have no previous yoga experience! We focus on pelvic centric movements that are ideal for relieving any tension and optimizing baby’s position. Join me for a bit of ‘you time’ - you deserve it!

Parent & Baby Yoga

Start Date TBC. A perfect class for you and your little one! There are so many benefits to movement postnatally. It’s also an opportunity to bond with your baby and to meet other local Mums.

Workshops

I love running workshops here and there - look out for breastfeeding workshops, active birth workshops and pregnancy retreats! These are often in collaboration with other birth and baby business owners - bringing you lots of knowledge!

This is a full, thorough antenatal course that includes information on areas such as:

Hypnobirthing has many benefits and the tools you’ll learn can be applied to all types of birth.

The hypnobirthing antenatal course is held in person over 2 Sundays 10am-3pm. Resources & lunch included.

KGHypnobirthing

This is an online antenatal class completely developed by me using all my midwifery knowledge and a range of evidence / resources. Here we cover:

🤍 What to expect physically & emotionally after birth

🤍 Care of your baby (bathing, nappies, sleeping etc).

🤍 Feeding (breast, expressing, bottle).

This course is held on Microsoft Teams over 2 evenings (of 2 hours each)

Life With A Newborn

Pregnancy Yoga

This class is perfect for those looking for time to move their body, connect to their baby and to meet some other local mums. Each hourly session consists of gentle movement, breathwork and relaxation. They’re a great way to manage any tension or aches you might be experiencing in your pregnancy. We also focus on ways to optimise your baby’s position plus everything you learn you can use in labour.
